Reformer Class Styles

Reformer Signature

Reformer Pilates is a low-impact method that uses spring-based resistance to build strength, mobility, and muscular endurance. With a focus on postural alignment and intentional muscle activation, this class helps you develop balanced strength and a deeper connection to your body. Expect controlled movement, mindful technique, and full-body engagement using our reformer beds.

Reformer Dynamic

Reformer Dynamic is an energising, low-impact class that uses a mix of HIT, tempo, mat work and the jump

board to add dynamic power, plyometric movement, and increased cardiovascular challenge. With a focus on controlled landing mechanics, core stability, and full-body coordination, this class blends the principles of Pilates with the athletic feel of jumping. Expect a fun, uplifting workout that elevates your heart rate while keeping your joints supported through the reformer's spring system.

Please note: This is an intermediate-level class and is not suitable for pregnancy or injury management.

Reformer Strength

Strength training on a reformer uses progressive overload by increasing spring resistance, reps, or time under tension to build muscle and endurance. Movements combine control and precision to target both major and stabilising muscles. Sessions may include weighted props or plyometric elements to add intensity and power. This approach enhances strength, stability, and overall body control while supporting proper alignment.

Reformer Revive

Revive is a little gentler than our other styles. With a focus on gently building energy, realigning your body, releasing tension and gaining deeper connection. If you're looking to move with ease, restore balance or simply crave a gentle yet effective practice, this class will leave you feeling revived and supported.

Over 50's

Over 50s Reformer is a supportive, slower-paced class designed to help you move with confidence and ease. With an emphasis on mobility, balance, and gentle strength work, this session allows time to explore proper form, find length in your body, and build control through safe, steady progressions.

Yoga Flow

Yin is quiet, slow and deep. You’ll stay close to the floor and often use props (like blocks or bolsters). This class is about surrender, not strength.

Key Components

  • Deep, long held floor poses.
  • Low muscular effort, and relaxing into poses.
  • Emphasizes stillness and a meditative state.

  • Stimulates energy flow through the body.

Mobility

Mobility is a low-impact, restorative class focused on improving joint health, flexibility, and movement efficiency through a biomechanics-informed approach. Using a blend of guided movement, targeted stretching, foam rolling, and trigger point release, this class is designed to release tension, improve tissue quality, and restore natural range of motion. Movements are slow, intentional, and educational, helping you better understand how your body moves and where it holds restriction.
